Who can benefit from a PT?

Anyone from beginners to seasoned gym goers. If you feel somethings missing from your routine, if you need guidance or an extra push of motivation, if you want to deepen your knowledge of the gym, or if you simply want to show up, put in the effort, and eliminate the guesswork—working with a personal trainer can make all the difference.

 

What can I expect during my PT sessions?

Each session begins with a 10-15 minute a dynamic warm up tailored to your goals, needs and the exercises that will follow. We then move onto the muscle or strength building portion of the session where you’ll be coached through 4-6 carefully selected exercises. To round off we finish with one or two core movements or a short burst of cardio depending on what best supports your progress overall.

 

When will I start seeing results?

Results show up differently for everyone. It is commonly said it takes around 60 days for other people to start noticing physical changes but you may notice increased strength and ease of everyday activities, moving better and feeling more energised sooner than 60 days! My clients are often pleasantly surprised by how fast they start to feel the benefits from their sessions. 

 

Where can I get personal training?

I currently based at the wonderful Superhero Fitness gym in Trimley st Martin where we provide a variety of expert coaching in a supportive gym environment. I also offer home-based personal training for those who enjoy working out in the comfort of their own home with their own equipment in their own space.

Having a PT comes with a range of benefits, whether it’s expert guidance, motivation, and accountability, personalised programming, improved efficiency&time management, injury prevention, or just an extra external confidence boost.
