My Story

February 2022 I first stepped foot in my university campus gym. After years of treating my health and lifestyle as an afterthought, reaching tipping point and medical intervention towards the end of 2021, I knew I had to make the seemingly daunting leap and take charge of my health and wellbeing. I immediately fell in love with the gym and the positivity it brought to my life no matter what kind of day I was having. The gym swiftly turned my life around. I spent at least 3 days a week in that university gym, and my local gym when back at home for the rest of that year (and haven’t stopped since bar a few short breaks here and there).

As my training progressed I became increasingly curious about the how’s and why’s behind the impact working out had on my health and life. A new passion sparked I knew I wanted to continue building on and spreading the knowledge I’d gained so far. I decided I’d found myself calling: enhancing people’s lives through the ‘craft of movement’.

My philosophy is simple: we only get one body so make the most of it! It is a great privilege to be able to move and utilise our bodies. This perspective is the driver of my mission to inspire you to appreciate and harness your physical potential. Seize the gift of movement.
